Last night – I became hungry. I’d woken a half hour before the Great Chambana Blackout of 2009. Thus, even my gas powered stove (which actually requires electricity to light) refused to actually light. I had to wait for hours upon hours until I heard a click and my laptop’s brightness increased by an exponential amount. Powwwwwah! And then I realised I was hungry. And what does hungry Bhargav do? He eats. Rather, he cooks. And what does he cook? The sustenance of his life. The ambrosia of the gods. The nectar of the Universe itself, Ramen.
